Poop Troop LLC (“Poop Troop,” “we,” “us”) operates pooptroop.biz. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you request an appointment or contact us, we collect your name, town, email, phone number, the number of dogs on the property, and anything you choose to tell us. For clients on a standing appointment, we also keep the service address. We collect basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) through standard server logs.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare a quote, schedule and keep your standing appointment, send your weekly report, process payments, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the service: Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, Resend for email, and an SMS provider for the weekly report. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we share only the data needed to provide your service.

Messages

If you give us your phone number, you consent to receive your weekly report — a short message with a photo of the closed gate — for each active appointment. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We retain your data while your account is active and for up to twelve months after you stop service, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@pooptroop.biz.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep clients signed in to the account portal. We use no third-party tracking cookies.
