These Terms govern your use of pooptroop.biz and the services of Poop Troop LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Poop Troop,” “we,” “us”), which provides dog waste removal and grounds care in Lower Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.
Service
We visit your property on a standing schedule you choose. There are no long-term contracts; you may pause or cancel at any time by contacting hello@pooptroop.biz. Pricing is shown on our Plans page or in your written quote. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Access
You agree to provide safe access to the service area and to tell us about gate codes, hazards and aggressive animals. We close gates we open and report each visit.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
- Program: Poop Troop Client Messages. Appointment reminders, schedule changes, visit reports (which may include photos), quote follow-ups, billing reminders and customer-care replies.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form or by otherwise asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1–8 messages per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You’ll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP or email hello@pooptroop.biz.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior month.
