A few things clients ask before their first walk of the grounds.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work whether you're in or out, and we secure the gate behind us.
What about the dogs?
They can stay in the yard if they'll let us work; otherwise we ask they're inside for the visit. We send a photo of the closed gate every time.
Is there a contract?
Never. Pause or stop whenever you like.
What if it rains or snows?
We keep the appointment in any weather we can work safely in, and make up anything we miss.
Do you sanitize?
On request — a pet-safe deodorize and sanitize of the lawn.
How is pricing set?
From $35/visit for one dog on a standard yard — priced by the number of dogs and how often we visit. Each additional dog adds $5/visit. Yards from ½ to 1 acre carry a modest modifier; properties over 1 acre or with 3+ dogs are quoted as an estate program. First walk of the grounds is complimentary, and the quote comes with it.
