Dog Waste Removal FAQ: How Poop Troop Works (and Where We Scoop)
How a Poop Troop visit works, where we scoop in lower Fairfield County and Westchester, and how to ask for a free quote. No contracts.
Kept, not managed. Here's everything people ask before they book.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work whether you're in or out, and we secure the gate behind us.
What happens on a visit?
We walk the whole yard on a grid, remove everything and haul it away. Then we photograph the closed, secured gate and send it with a short note.
How often do you come?
Same day each week on a standing route. One-time cleanups are available too.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Pause anytime.
What about rain or snow?
We keep the appointment when it's safe to work and make up any visit we miss.
Can you deodorize or sanitize?
Yes, on request.
Do you work with HOAs or property managers?
Yes. We service shared areas and pet waste stations.
How is it priced?
By the number of dogs and how often we visit. Ask for a free quote and we'll reply within one business day.
